Dseal stands behind the quality of every system we manufacture. This warranty covers Dseal expansion joint systems and covers against defects in materials and manufacturing, subject to the terms below.
What is covered
- Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and correct installation
- Conformance of supplied profiles to the agreed specification and dimensional tolerances
Conditions
- Products must be installed in accordance with Dseal's installation guidelines, by competent applicators
- The system must be used within its specified movement, load and environmental limits
- Accessories and sealants must be those specified or approved by Dseal
What is not covered
- Damage from incorrect installation, misuse, structural failure or movement beyond specification
- Normal wear of consumable seals and inserts, and damage from third-party works
- Aesthetic variation in finishes within accepted manufacturing tolerance
