PlazaJoint is a modular mortar-bed expansion joint of the MF type, formed from a co-extruded twin-resin profile with rigid flanges and a soft central joint. Cast into the mortar bed, it subdivides the screed into controlled bays and its wide flanges double as formwork during the pour, making it ideal for tiled plazas, terraces and large screeded floors. A sealed version is also available where a closed joint is required.
The profile adapts to almost any finished height from a 30 mm minimum, with adjustment available in 15-20 mm intervals through interlocking clips.
