Dseal SeismoGuard 100 is a solid, all-metal floor expansion joint cover engineered for floors that combine large movement with heavy traffic. It is built to be crossed by light fork-lift trucks and pallet trucks, bridging wide movement joints in industrial and logistics floors while carrying repeated wheel loading.

An articulated telescoping system absorbs movement in three directions, while the striated all-metal surface gives excellent skid resistance and a symmetrical, gap-free visible surface that resists dirt build-up. SeismoGuard 100 is hard-wearing, maintenance-free and long-lasting, and is available in installation heights of 20, 35, 50 and 90 mm.

Installation Guide

Clean and level both joint edges, removing concrete laitance, grout and debris from the joint and anchor zone.
Position the SeismoGuard 100 frame profiles along each edge, flush and level with the finished floor.
Mark, drill and secure the MultiHole mounting brackets into the slab using anchors rated for the traffic loading.
Confirm both sides are parallel and level with the correct joint gap before final tightening.
Fit the all-metal telescoping cover along the full joint length and check it transits flush for wheeled traffic.

Maintenance & Care

SeismoGuard 100 is a solid all-metal system built for tough industrial floors and needs minimal upkeep. Clear grit and debris from the joint regularly, wash with a neutral detergent diluted in water and rinse clean; avoid acidic cleaners on the aluminium components.

Inspect the cover and mounting brackets during routine floor checks, paying attention to high-turn and braking zones where wear concentrates. Re-tighten any loose anchors so the joint stays level and safe for fork-lift and pallet-truck traffic.
