Dseal Tile Adhesives
Factory-made, polymer-modified tile adhesives manufactured to IS 15477:2019 and EN 12004 — from thin-set for small ceramics to highly flexible systems for large-format tiles, plus elastomeric waterproof coatings. Engineered for the Indian climate by Dhawan Associates.
Dseal Tile Adhesives deliver superior bonding across ceramic, vitrified, glass-mosaic, terrazzo and natural-stone tiles, on floors and walls, interior and exterior. Each grade is ready to use — just add water on site — and is graded to recognised standards so you can specify with confidence. Coverage is approximately 90–110 sq ft per 40 kg bag at 3 mm bed thickness (50–70 sq ft at 5 mm).

T-222 MFT
Fibre-reinforced, multipurpose adhesive for medium and large-format ceramic, vitrified, glass-mosaic, terrazzo and natural stone up to 18 sq ft on floor and wall — for commercial areas with normal substrate movement. Extended open time, high grab, water & heat resistant.

T-233 Platinum Hi-Flex
Premium, highly flexible, fibre-reinforced adhesive for large-format tiles and stones up to 25 sq ft — interior and exterior, higher vertical heights and water-submerged conditions such as swimming pools. Water-repellent and freeze-thaw resistant.

Black Seal — Heavy-Duty Elastomeric Liquid Membrane
A scientific blend of synthetic resins, selected minerals and fillers on a high-quality bitumen base. Black Seal is a cold-applied, single-component, ready-to-use waterproof coating that dries to an elastic, flexible, impermeable membrane with very high elongation, a strong rubber effect and excellent crack-bridging.

White Guard (Exceed 625) — Elastomeric Coating
A high-quality acrylic-emulsion-polymer system with light-fast, weather-durable pigments, additives and biocides. White Guard is a waterproof, protective and heat-reflective coating for exterior and interior walls, combining flexibility, crack-bridging, weathering durability and excellent UV resistance. Available in a range of colours to match the building.
